Sunday I made the five hour drive from Adelaide to my hometown, only to be rewarded by freezing temperatures and a headache. The headache has since subsided and I am reminded why I love returning to the country. First and foremost, I get to spend time with my family and friends and cuddle my puppy Audrey. Second I am treated to home cooking, which far outweighs anything I can scrounge up and third, I can see the stars. While I'm here I plan to raid the op-shops (vintage clutches for $3.00 anyone?), visit my favourite bakery for some mouth watering goodies and perhaps even finish that assignment that is due on Friday.
