As I said a post or so down I'm currently on a bit of a jewellery kick, so you can imagine my excitement when I discovered Mociun. Delicate and intricately measured designs photographed against white paper, white paint and masking tape. Sigh.
I wrote about my love for Maniamania at the start of the year and my adoration for the David Bowie, Anita Pallenberg inspired jewellery range has not abated. Images for the 2010 look book are almost as lust worthy as the jewellery itself.
Incredibly excited about the new Shakuhachi Spring/Summer 2010/2011 collection currently available to pre-order from mycatwalk. Shakuhachi (Jessie White) is one of my favourite Australian designers and every season I end up buying more and more pieces. I'm a sucker for anything draped, so you can see why the current collection has me all a flutter. Can't wait for summer.
Truly and breathtakingly perfect. Richard Tisci manages to seamlessly interweave leather and Chantilly lace to create an exquisite and ethereal couture collection.

Exactly two months ago I celebrated my 23rd birthday. Though I'm not a fan of getting older, I quite like the presents and spoil factor involved. As an amazing gift from my parents, I was able to spend an hour with the Cheetah's Askari, Skuhuza and Tsotsie at the open range Monarto Zoo. I can't even put into words how awe-inspiring and incredible the experience was and I still find it hard to believe that not only was I able to pat these amazing creatures, but that when I did they purred. One of the best days of my life and so, so, so much better than Chanel.
I've always adored Michael Angel's digital print dresses (if you haven't already noticed, I'm a whore for a gorgeous cocktail dress) and his Resort 2011 collection gave me unlimited dress porn to drool over. Happiness.
Adored the print dresses at Erdem Resort 2011, especially loved the watered down animal print. 
Loved the sorbet and neon bright colours at the Versace Resort 2011 collection, especially Dontella's version of the gladiator heel.
I'm currently in the midst of re-decorating my apartment and I'm hoping to achieve a mixture of the above, clean white surfaces and fantastical Alice in Wonderland clutter. Will post pictures when I'm finished.
